Return & Refund

Dr. Sakhiya’s products are formulated by our dermatologists to deliver the best possible results. We hope that you love our products. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you. We offer refunds/replacements only in the following cases:
  1. You have received the wrong product
  2. You have received a damaged product
  3. You have received an expired product
If any of the above cases occurs, please raise a return/replacement request within a week (3 Days) of the date of delivery. To contact us for return/replacement/refund requests, please email us at info@drsakhiyas.com Please note that no return or any other claims will be acceptable or valid after a week of the day of delivery (3 Days). We ask you to send us a picture of the product to validate your request in the email. We request you allow us 48 hours to review and validate your request. If validated, we will initiate a reverse pick-up. The courier company will pick it up from your doorstep. Upon receiving the returned order, our team will review the same. If the issues you described are correct and verified, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours. We don’t give you a refund; instead, you’ll get a different/same product in exchange for the same price.
